Michael D. Neri is a 1999 graduate of The University of Houston, where he received a B.A. in History. Michael earned his law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2003, where he was a member of several national moot court and mock trial teams.  Mr. Neri was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2004, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to joining MSSSV, Mr. Neri had several years of experience in insurance defense litigation where he defended lawsuits on behalf of major insurance companies, as well as numerous self-insured companies. His experience has largely involved handling construction accidents and premises liability accidents from inception through trial.
