Brian L. Gordon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law from the State University of New York at Binghamton in May 1999, and obtained his law degree from New York Law School in May 2002. While attending law school, Brian held an internship with the Hon. Harold Baer, Jr., District Judge, of the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York, as well as the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York, Criminal Division.
Prior to joining MSSSV, Brian worked in-house for both a national insurer and a private law firm concentrating his area of practice in insurance defense litigation. Brian has handled cases involving labor law, premises liability, property damage, subrogation, products liability and medical malpractice.
Brian is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Additionally, Brian is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and previously was a member on the Association’s Ethics Committee.
